Our customers tell us that the thing that really gets their goat regarding contractors is this: ‘you can’t believe a thing they say’. How many customers have taken a day off work to accommodate a firm that, at the last minute, pleads ‘mitigating circumstances’ and cries off? How annoying is that?

As it happened, it was convenient for us that the job began a week later than scheduled! ‘The job took 10 days to complete – as Ken said it would – but because he had planned the job carefully, providing easy access to the house throughout the job – there was hardly any disruption to the family’s daily routine.
